Skincare and makeup is another important factor in ensuring you look great and another area in which Nancy is qualified to advise. During your lesson she will go through a basic regime to keep your skin healthy and youthful. Nancy uses Virgin Vie cosmetics, which you can try before you buy, but if you are already using another brand and are totally happy with it, there will be no hard sell, just suggestions. However clients often enjoy trying something new and you can purchase all the latest Virgin Vie products from Nancy. Furthermore you can re-order whenever you like simply by dropping her an email, thus avoiding the scary makeup ladies in department stores!
You will then learn how to apply your makeup, with Nancy showing you the techniques before getting you to "have a go" until you are confident doing it on your own. Makeovers are all very well but not terribly helpful if you can't later replicate the look yourself. Nancy keeps abreast of current makeup trends and is advised every season of new trends and different ways of applying makeup as it’s easy to get stuck in a rut.
